ED 250 - Child Growth & Development Credit Hour(s): 3 Contact Hours: (3, 0)
This course provides an opportunity to study human development from the prenatal period through early adolescence, including physical, cognitive, social, and emotional aspects. Theoretical perspectives will be examined and applied to the developing child. Fifteen hours of preservice contacts are required to complete assignments throughout the course. Students must provide their own transportation to approved off-campus observation locations.
